German Property InvestmentBerlin is now the capital of Germany with a population of 3,350,000, second only to London. Due to the enlargement of the European Union, Berlin is once again situated in the heart of Europe. It has excellent communication links with the rest of the Europe via rail, motorway network and at the moment there are three airports in the city.

Germany hosted the world cup in 2006, with Berlin hosting the final. This event has boosted the moral of the German nation and has given the Germans a renewed confidence in the future. Over the past two years it has been mainly foreign investment that has been responsible for the improvement of the property market. The city’s regeneration has encouraged the economy of the city to attract new business and large company relocation.
